I'm not very good at car rendering, but I like your result.Did You use HDRI to get reflections?

Like it. Great work on the materials. Looks as if you used an inside HDRI for lighting and reflection on the vehicles.

But to answer both of your questions, yes I did use HDRI for reflection and lighting.
