Well, we'd need bats then. Interesting countryside and the red fog looks good. The vale in the foreground looks like it was radiating heat, it glows like embers. Perhaps a place dragons would like.

Love the glowing rock effect, perhaps you could give the scene a little depth of field, so that the foreground is a little out of focus. And then perhaps using a spiral shaped object with a smoke mat.
The sky is not quite there, but the terrain certainly is.

I would reconsider the haze color, something darker. And I would alster the haze settings because a little haze will help make the scene feel larger. Nice start to a hellish scenario.
