Again Pro render mode. This simple image is attempt to get some realistic scene, and as presentation of cool program I discovered which called Xenodream, from their site (www.xenodream.com) you can download trial version (it has some limitations, but no evaluation period). It based on the principles of fractal geometry. All things on this picture are made with it, except of stones.
I like it. Really like the orange one in the back. The front right shell is awesome as well. Good lighting. All the models are well done.

Great models, good lighting. I'd prefer it a bit brighter, but that's the artists choice.

Nice job and great models (is it easy to learn the program?)

Archclan, yes, if you have some understanding of fractals... But even without it you will not spend alot of time to understand it. Actualy all shapes here are models that are exist in it. You can easely change it by changing parameters of elements that create this model. I can't explain it better, you should just try it (If I'm not mistaken, archive with setup is ~5 MB, so it wouldn't be too hard to download it)

The Pro Render lighting method works very well in this situation. The models are very organic. I must say a huge thank you for the download link. I was hoping there was a way to model coral and the like easiliy because there are very few good coral models available on the internet. What a treat.
