Bad quality my foot

It look like he used Depth of field or jpegd it alittle. It looks great. The so called "Bad quality" gives it a good feel, almost like there is a haze there.

Haze

The danger sign is unfocused and cannot be read, which is not a haze effect. The ship looks as floating behind the waves, which should continue a bit more into the distance.

thnx for the tips, the reason for the bad rendering is because i used photoshop to blure the pic abit, to get this haze feel....
ill also change the boat, you are right, it is floating a bit high, and it should be more far away....
