Sixties, Highway, Hells Angel
Description: This picture was initially made in Bryce 6.3. in 2010. The main goal was to try and model with only Bryce tools a realistically looking motorcycle. I saw many stylized models made in Bryce, but not many of them were realistic. So I decided to try my hand. Here is also my first attempt to make a human figure with only Bryce tools.
The first variant of the picture was being rendered quite long (don't remember exactly, but long). The clouds took most time. When I uploaded the first variant in some online galleries (http://www-cache.daz3d.com/sections/galleries/artwork/371/54895.jpg for example) among the critical comments was wrong lighting (too high sun, as I was told in the zenith, as on the equator. However, the sun here is rather high as in the south, but not in the zenith). It was very noticeable, because the shadows were too sharp.
When Bryce 7 Pro appeared, I decided to remake the picture. I used HDRI from Bryce sky and exclude the (changed) cloud slab, thus shortening the rendering time. Besides, shadows softness was set 100% to imitate something like GI. Also some minor details were tweaked. This variant is final.

Very nice render, you have great modeling skills, the clouds and landscape are very well done particulary on the right, if i could pic at one thing it would be the haze seems a little too much, but thats nitpicking, very well done.

This is a super fantastic render. I do feel I am sitting in this car looking out onto the road. The sky looks very nice. Awesome work!

Great render. I like the detailed vegetation to the right. Amazing modelling skills as seen on the bike and the biker. I agree that the haze is a bit on the strong side. Good camera position and the clouds look awesome.
