'Thopter

'Thopter
Description:	Who needs old roads when you can fly? I am reading the book 'Dune' by Frank Herbert. In it there are Ornithopters, flying machines that carry about 6 people. This is my version of the 'thopter. It is made in Maya. There are 3 propellers stacked up on each other. The middle rotates to move it forwards, backwards, or vertical for taking off and landing. Not really the most exciting landscape but Im still working on it. I wanted to add some people on the ground but I don't have anything that would look good; aka sci fi soldiers in desert camo. Comments welcome. Thanks.

Dune! I had imagined ornithopters differently but this ventilator design is a cool idea. The landscape is not that bad for Dune. Yes, put a few freemen and perhaps a half burried worm.

Thanks! I kinda imagined them differently as well, but this is what I ended up with. I must admit I did not think of turtles but now you mention it I kinda see it.
