Spine Bridge
Spine Bridge

Spine Bridge
Description: Just had to try out Frozencrys light ray material (well worth downloading from the materials exchange). The ribcage and spine is from the Poser5 skeleton, imported into Wings3D for additional smootheing. Bit of gamma correction in PSP7. The figure is also Poser (if you can see her) imported via Daz/studio to get the transparency conversion on her eyelashes!

WOW!

Great idea! And, as a side note, you don't need to import figuresfrom poser via DAZ to get transparency for lashes. Just fins lash map in your figures texture and set it as both tex map and transparency - voila - nice lashes!

Great!

this is an incredible pic. the spine material is perfect, the light rays blend very well into the sky, and the material fits the scene perfectly. I don't think the woman is close enough to see her lashes, and I think she needs hair. Some possible changes: I think that the backround is too cheerful. It really doesn't match the mood of this decaying skeleton bridge.

Amazing

Excellent dramatic landscape fits the skeletton bridge perfectly. Nice teardrop running down the ladys cheek ;-) Very good and subtle use of Frozencrys light rays. The use of trees, the amount and position is very appropriate, their form is not. I know Vue would have better forms to offer than Bryce, but there is still room for improvement. This is meant as an encouragement. A 5 is due for composition, light and idea neevertheless.

Wow

Amazing. The light rays are excellent, not too bright and not too faded. The ribcage is simply superb, and the view is just stunning. 5/5. 6 out of 5 if it were possible. :)

Thank you

I think you will find that LitoNico and Horo have me bang to rights - I thought I could get away without the faff with the hair for this image and it is true I am leary of the old tree editor (because it keeps crashing) but I can see that that is not going to be a good enough excuse. If only we had an object exchange Horo could let us have some of his excellet trees, should he feel so inclined... hint, hint... Thanks indeed Frozencry, you will see a lot more of your lightrays I suspect, they are an excellent resource. And Thanks also to Ranlinde but as you might have gathered I've not made many inrodes into Poser and am quite happy to let Daz sort out all the transparency maps for me. Lazy, lazy, David.

Trees

Strange, I must have felt this coming a few days ago already. I've actually started to add trees to my free resources I offer on my website. Give me another few days.
