Dunno about the light rays, I'm wating for Frozencry's tutorial. But the colours are very nice.

Advice

Your rays are good, nicely place, but IMO they're far too thin, and the texture of them needs to be changed. In the complex FX section, use lit rays, it's somewhat stripey but transparent so it works wonders, especially for lit rays that you're looking for. Make those rays thicker, add the lit rays texture, and you should be set. Just make sure that if the rays are too bright for you, raise the transperancy levels till it looks best to you.
