That's bleak and cold, is that. Cheers, but now you need to work on the sky, it looks a bit flat to me, and maybe a bit too blue, but maybe that is how it looks up on the glacier - you tell me?

The colour is good, the clouds are not. You see, high up, 10 to 12'000 ft the colour becomes extremely blue because the air gets thinner and also usually drier. It could still be darker blue.

Bad as the clouds may be, it was the first time I tried to experiment with different textures and not just tweaking around a bit. A whole new world opens up for experimentation, and a long way to go (another one)

Creating textures and mats really is rewarding but time consuming and frustrating at times. However, this makes the difference.

The opening of new worlds is better than the alternative. Keep going. Only worry when you think you have reached the end.
