Interesting lighting, maybe colours not to my taste, check to see if you have 48bit dithering ticked if you seem to be suffering from excessive banding after post production gamma correction. Sometimes it helps - but it does increase noise in the image, hence filesize (swings and roundabout). I take it this was done using mirrors? If so also consider increasing ray depth and watch that render time saw!
