This is good, reminds me of beanzvisions foreshore pic. Terrain material is a bit dull, could do with a shoreline working into it, but that's a minor point.

Make up an altitude sensitive material with a sandy coloured texture component for the lower material and the grass colour for the upper. Use the bluebell woods mat I posted here as a reference except where channel C controlls slope change that to the altitude controll and ditch the rocks for a sand texture. If you get stuck post the material up on the x-change and I'll tinker it.
