Description:	This is another of my Vue images. I recently created this. Sorry, I haven't been able to make any Bryce images. I am uninspired and I cannot think of anything to make in Bryce. I would like you to critique this image as you would a bryce image, instead of critiquing the program.

LitoNico, it is difficult to give an opinion to a pic made with a prog I haven't fiddled around yet. It looks nice, yes, but what are the possibilities to improve on it? The mats look very flat to me but then, can Vue do better? Take this pic as inspiration and do something similar in Bryce.

Got to agree with Horo on this one. If pushed I'd say that from what I've seen so far that Bryce has a better render but Vue is more convincing in the foliage area. Can you export the scene and render it in Bryce I wonder?

yes, you can export but the materials don'm work and the foliage loses its transparency maps. bryce has a better render, yes, but vue can support a lot more polygons. also these images suffer a lot from compression. one reason for thebad-render look is that the ferns are very low detail. however; ferns are unfortunatly essential in a pic like this. I like this image because of the sun and because of the hut I made in Wings. to critiuqe vue is just like bryce with vegetation.
