Cold Winter Ahead
Description: I need to thank "The Dude" at Visually Insane for the log cabin and buckboard models...
He has a ton of them and they are all Bryce Boolean models.

Whats so cold?

Is there a man hung on that tree? I always get fooled with your thumbnails, I have to switch to and fro, which I find a bit annoying. Evening, low sun, very warm colours, long shadows. I don't feel the chill - except for that hanging thing. It is a nice picture, though.

nice

one minor detail i notied, apart from the fact that its an awesome picture, the shadows are not parellel with each other enough, i know that are not meant to be perfectly parallel, but because the setting sun is sooooo far away, they would be straighter, to do this you will need to move your light source, further back, and even further back, its minor, but i find its the little things that that make a picture.

Thanks for the comments...

eagle4...Besides the lights on the cabin...the "only" light source is the sun...

Horo...We used to have sunsets like this as part of Indian Summer in Montana...it was not unusual to wake up the next morning with several inches of snow.

Indian Summer

Thanks HenkStenkel for the clarification. I still don't feel the chill, but I now know why you titled this pic the way you did.
