Description: The object is happy_vrip01 from the Stanford Scanning Repository. It stands with a self made material within a 10-sided column (comes with Bryce 7.1) with 4% Transparency and 70% Reflection. Light and colours by the "AlienRoom" HDRI from the "3 High Resolution HDRI Set 1" (available at Daz 3D). The object in the centre is sharp and gets progressively blurred towards the borders (see 3D CG Documents > Mine > Rendering > DoF and Dof Ring Lens). Blurry reflections of the Happy Buddha (DR = DoF Ring).
