Description: Triple stacked terrain with materials from the Terrain Stacking set, a part of the clouds from the Object Clouds 2D & 3D set (both available at bryce-tutorials), more clouds and ambient light by the ErmClouds04_SD_1024 HDRI from the Sunless_HDRI_Skies set (available at Daz 3D) and the key light by the sun. Sources combine to a wild creek.

Looks very good Horo and as far as the fog concerned, I'd say "Mission fully accomplished"

It often happens that the foreground of a terrain might look a bit too rough, whilst the background looks great. In this case I have experimented with a copy of the terrain and a changed the size of the material (I am sure, you already made similar scenes). But with a triple stacked terrain I guess the challenge is not three times more difficult, but nine times.

Thank you. I haven't thought of that. When stacking terrains, the idea is to get more diverse materials. Using a cropped version in front where the material looks too coarse wouldn't necessarily mean to stack that as well. I will think about it next time I get a result that is a bit unfortunate. Thank you for the tip, very much appreciated.
