Here is the problem of lighting (rendering) in Bryce, with which I constantly and unsuccessfully struggle. Some of the leaves of the tree are shimmered brightly. This is wrong from the point of view of realism. These leaves are located at such an angle to the source of light (the sun) and the camera, that the reflected light is too bright. Even if you set Specularity to 0, this does not fix the problem.
Perhaps Rashad has some experience in this matter, but he does not appear here.

Thank you. I see such reflections on trees in nature but it is difficult to decide whether it looks right here or not. This was an experiment, not bad but neither impeccable. Foliage in Bryce is as difficult to get right as skin is.

I think HDRI and Dome Light help only if there is no direct sunlight. Otherwise, this unpleasant effect is still manifested. A little (but not completely) softens this unpleasant effect by applying transparency of foliage. Slightly better foliage looks in the default Bryce tree, since the leaves there have a curved mesh. In the case of the flat mesh that all the other Bryce trees have, everything is very sad.

In the foreground is a bush (an imported mesh object) with transparent foliage. Quite in the foreground and below this bush there is a Bryce tree with default foliage (no transparency). Behind the mesh bush is a birch that has a flat mesh foliage from Bryce (also no transparency). These are three different results in the same light. The last thing I like is the birch with separate too bright (too lit) leaves. What from here it is possible to draw a conclusion? I dont know. Whether it's a rendering feature, or something else.
