You are looking down from hill to a coastal scenery.
The scene is made of 3 Terrains. One terrain for the background landscape, one Terrain for the buildings in the background and one for the foreground. The light comes from the Bryce sun and a HDRI generated from the sky. The glistening on the sea comes from a distant light, that only uses specularity. The background textures is from the vegetation package. The foreground is a texture from Jonathan Allen's seriously real material package.
First the foreground was a tree with green grass, but after 30 hours anti-aliasing for the grass I gave up and changed the foreground to a dry place with a few stones and some scatterd clump of grass only.
