Lava on the Rocks
Lava on the Rocks

Lava on the Rocks
Description: Probably my first render that used post processing: to get the glow on the lava. The lava is the inverted and flattened terrain rendered separately, created the Orton effect manually, then added to the main render. The backdrop objects and stars are from the Space Construction Kit.

Fire and Ice again, I assume? That subtle glow on the lava, the Orton effect I assume, looks very natural. The sky above is arresting too. Perhaps some steam generated by the meeting of the lava and the ice would have been fitting. This was a cool first experimentation with post processing.

Yes, fire and ice again. Thank you, Rashad. The sky seems a bit busy and the colours a bit exaggerated. Yup, steam would ve definitely good.
