Sky and ambient light by an HDRI which is included in the set, the key light is provided by the sun.

I really love that sky, Horo! Perhaps another H far in the corner would have given the scenario a greater sense of context. Still this image is extremely arresting.

Stunning scenery! Textures, topography, lighting! The only thing I would do soft shadows from the sun...
