BMW 502.
BMW 502.

BMW 502.
Description: Model is from
Just changed the colour, added some Bryce Radial lights to the car lights, added number plate.
The Stone wall is a Bryce object, the heads are from the internet.
Made the small wall with Bryce primitives. Added HDRI backdrop.
I was going to shrink the number plate as it seems a bit too big but it's part
of the same object as the front bumper. First car I've done with a rear view.

I have to like this one. I remember the 502, someone in the neighbourhood owned one, though it was pale blue and had a hard top. It was quite an expensive car at the time when it came out.

Good lighting, materials and modeling. However, with light from headlights something not so. Maybe it is necessary more scattered?

The car looks very realistic. I like the foreground tiles, the water and the wall with the heads, though I think the heads are a bit special. But that is what 3D software is made for, to create scenes the look real but came out of our imagination.
The only thing I could mention is the reflection on the left side of the car. I can not really say what it is, but it seems too much and too angular for me. But all in all great picture.

Thanks very much guys.

The reflection on the side of the car is from the HDRI background. It seems to be the bit n this picture:

Some reflections look indeed a bit angular but I think it's the geometry of the car (not the model, the real car may have had them, too).
