OK since you said you are working on the shadows I won't mention that, but I will say, remember to modify the colour of your light sources to match the colours of your flames if you want to increase the plausibility of your fire. The inside of the fireplace - if you want the fire to look hot - should be bathed in a warm orange glow. At the moment this is black. The same goes for the flame in her hand, if you change the colour, it will help sell the illusion.

An improvement over the first one. The most important thing David has already mentioned - the fireplace should be illuminated by the glow of the fire.
