Deco Interior Scene
Description: Just some fun with lighting and texturing. Lit with a combination of Cube shaped Light Dome Lights and Cube Shaped 3D Fill Lights. Outdoor light is provided by IBL but it is not affecting the walls or other items inside the room. I have found that nasty interference patterns tend to develop when IBL or other cluster point light sources must traverse window panes. I have found however that placing a small 3d fill into the area of the window does a great job of simulating the incoming skylight light while avoiding the nasty shadow bands from IBL. Generally the light along the walls is smooth.

Room is Classic Deco Model available at Daz3d. The chairs are included but the desk is made by me, assuming it fits the style but not really sure so please advise.
Please let me know how I've done manually bouncing light around the scene. Feedback is greatly appreciated.

I already commented on the other forum. This is a full five-fiver and no mistake. It is very good to see you putting Bryce to good use - even though it doesn't look like a Bryce render. And yes, your modeling is also excellent.

At first glance I thought it was a C4D render.  Very realistic.May I ask how long render times were?

Nice to see another scene of you Rashad. And such a brilliant one.
I am always astonishe how well the dome lights and fill lights work. There are not that easy to use, but used properly by an expert like you, they are providing fantastic results. These light sources are really a valuable enrichment to the Bryce lighting system. I think they are even a bit underestimated.

I think your desk fits very well to the chairs. I like the material you have use for the silver rims. They only thing I could mention is the aliasing effect. It is only a bit noticeable at the desk.

Because of my rather poor english, I am afraid I could not understand the following senctence of you "Please let me know how I've done manually bouncing light around the scene." Have you added light sources to simulate a certain effect? Anywhy you probably did so well, that I can not recognize it at all.

Great scene and definitly full marks.

Wow. Thanks so much for the positive feedback. I've submitted the image to several forums and have just uploaded a revision, so please let me know how the two compare. I'm torn, they both look about the same to me.

Drachenlord, thanks for such a huge compliment. I am always seeking the high end look with my Bryce renders so its nice to know Bryce can approach that level of believability from time to time.

It is magnificent visualization, Rashad!
Has to notice that you reached big heights in lighting in Bryce.
I too successfully applied Dome Lights and 3D Fill Lights arrays in these works:

http://www.bryce5.com/details.php?image_id=4834
http://www.bryce5.com/details.php?image_id=4905
http://www.bryce5.com/details.php?image_id=5029

However, I didn't use IBL. In my opinion, it doesn't give any advantages. I too placed behind a window the Dome Lights array for imitation of a diffused light from the sky, and also light of the sun.
About modeling you can not worry, everything is excellent!
From me excellent assessment.
How many light sources in a scene? What time of a render?
