She is Safe
Description: Hitomi, the Gazers, the Gremlin and the Black Widow are from DAZ 3D. The backdrop is one of my HDRI light probes I modified to give it an Orton-effect. The halo around Hitomi was made with a second rende that was loaded on a 2D-face and put behind Hitomi. 90% of the light is from the HDRI, 10% from the sun.

Evil smiles all around, except for Hitomi. The lighting looks good, mostly from the hdri. The backdrop is very dreamy, the Orton effect is nice. Poor Hitomi, lost in this dreamy gremlin infested area of the woods. Funny.

Horo i like this very much, the light probe provides an excellant fantasy background and the aurora around Hitomi fits peferfectly, but i think the evil grin on the gremlin really sets the mood.

Very nice Horo. I like fantasy images but can't really achieve what I have in my head at the time. I like the way you did the glow.

It's fairy-tale looking no doubt. There are two things that come to my mind when looking at this render. First being - must all the characters (except the spider) be turned to the camera at the same time? It feels more like a theatrical performance then an illustration (perhaps intended, artist's choice of course). Second - you have very nice background due to high-res hdr image. Either it needs to be darken a bit or all the characters brighten (with haze or fog) to blend and sink more into the background. Merely an observation. I love the small pink flying cyclops :) Will this story have a sequel?

Thank you richter. The Gazers - I see what you mean. They're not spaceships :)

That is a funny scene with a perfectly fitting background. I love this kind of comic strip style and the smile of the gremlin I love, too.
