An experiment. A spherical panorama as height map from Earth was put on a sphere a used as displacement map. A coloured panorama was used for the colour channel. Lit by the DS-Sky 3 HDRI with NGC 6786 as backdrop. Displacement doesn't crash Bryce if you set render priority to low before you manipulate displacement. Displacement is still rather coarse and there are also errors. This picture is just an experiment.
