Description: Bryce 7.1 Pro. Render of Premiun 64 rpp, TA, TA Scattering Correction, Boost Light, time 6:49:21.

One more experiment with additional lighting in the TA mode.

Lighting diagram.
Bryce Sky HDRI with a background without clouds (Add to sky, Use sky color), Specularity = 1000, remaining values = 0.
Radial Light is applied to light amplification with the True Ambience Optimization and Use Gel function. However the gel texture in a material isn't present. Only a simple material: The Normal mode, shadows are disconnected, Ambience = 50, Ambient white, Volume HLS (34, 240, 255). Transparency = 100, remaining values = 0. The sizes of a source on all axes of 102350 BU, i.e., to the horizon. XYZ coordinates = 0.

As one more additional light source is the sphere in the size of 102400 BU on all axes, XYZ coordinates = 0. Sphere material: The Normal mode, shadows are disconnected, Ambience = 30, Ambient white, Volume HLS (146, 235, 255), Transparency = 100, remaining values = 0.

Volume clouds in a scene too aren't present. There are only procedural cumulus. Procedural clouds are projected on the sphere and look as volumetric.
Color in the Volume channel for the sphere and Radial Light is necessary for giving of the necessary color for clouds and establishments of balance of white color in a scene.

Um, give me a moment to pick my jaw up from the floor and re-attach it to my face.

Literally magical. Arresting. That Sky is pretty sickening, as well as everything else about this scene. Honestly Alexey, this is Bryce at its very best. Flawless in every respect. I am truly impressed. WOWOWOWOWOW!!!! Full marks, obviously!

Thanks, Rashad.
Concerning the sky.
It is known that a combination "Volumetric clouds + TA" this murder for a render.
Here in the material of HDRI there are no clouds. In a sphere material too there are no clouds. Is only cumulus in Sky Lab. They are projected on the sphere and looked as volumetric. However, they have no prospect. Present that you are in the center of the world (earth) and see only a heavenly dome. You see a projection of procedural clouds from Sky Lab on the sphere. It can be applied, for example, to shooting of a mountain landscape when the camera looks from below up. Then clouds will look more naturally. It is possible to apply this method to surrealistic landscapes also. This phenomenon needs additional research.
Pay attention also that in a material of foliage there is no pseudo SSS.
However, I should note that the TA 64 rpp (with an additional light source or not) gives a faster rendering than using pseudo SSS foliage. And the quality is higher. Maybe it seems to me? I did not compare.

The foreground greenery and details in the shadow regions are the star of this piece for me 5/5 I am not entirely convinced by the clouds, but I can well understand your reluctance to use TA with volumetric materials!
