Interesting terrain, looks like a cross between reality and an old style platform game (if it were envisioned in 3D) - or a Mayan ruin... anyway, whatever, it does look interesting. The material choices are good, the lighting is excellent, the inclusion of the birds is a nice touch. I'd maybe recommend Horo's still grey water as from this angle, the silvery water looks a bit too mirror like. I think the only reason this isn't the most outstanding image on the front page today is that you are head to head with Alex and Richter - your bad luck. I think though, you could easily do some more renders of this scene with different lighting set-up's and adjustments to camera angles and it would continue to be interesting. 5/5

Nice work. Reminiscent of the Mayan pyramids or Machu Picchu in Peru.

Indeed an excellent render and a great idea. I also perceive this as a mix of game architecture and an ancient Maya site. The sky looks good and fits the bright shadows. I doubt if "my" water would be an improvement, though it is worth a try - removing all bump. This is definitely a 5/5 as it is.

Very interesting image. I truly love it. The light is very natural and the terrain strikes an intriguing balance as others have noted. I am really looking forward to seeing more from you. Excellent work!
