Depth of Field

Sure thing.

First select the object that you want to focus on. Then, go into render options to the right of the big render button on a triangle scroll-down menu. At the top left hand corner select Premium Effect Anti-Aliasing, then go down and select Depth of Field, and finally click on Set to Current Selection.
