Village Square
Description: The buildings are from The Walled City by Stonemason, two Victorias, two Aikos and one Michael are all from DAZ3D. Lit by 17 radials, 13 distributed in the buildings and there are four outside lamps. The vegetation are four Bryce trees. From a scene from Cloudscapes 3 by David Brinnen, (the centre one at left https://www.daz3d.com/i/shop/itemdetails/?item=11097) I made an HDRI and this one is mixed with the Bryce sky, both suns are at the same position.

From this scene, four renders were made (shown above the subway) and assembled to a 321 x 96 deg panorama with PTGui. The four renders were completed in about 2 hours, though I had to render 2.5 times more pixels than made it to the final panorama.

Grandiose work. I so have understood, what it was visualized in parts?
At me at quantity more than two dressed DAZ characters in scene Bryce are suffered by crash or doesn't want to save.
For example, this scene:

Thank you Alexey. Yes, Bryce crashes soon if you have too much objects because it is still a 32 bit application. If you are on a PC and have a 64 bit machine with at least 4 GB of memory, you can make Bryce large address aware (LAA) and it will work up to around 3.2 GB before it crashes. The program to set the LAA flag is free and can be found here: http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/showthread.php?t=112556 (at the end of the first comment). The process monitor is also helpful and free.

Thank you, Horo. If I only understand how to install.
I have an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 2.66 GHz Windows XP SP2. 4Gb (using 3,25 Gb) memory.
However, bryce can not use more than 2 GB.

Excellent panorama, the space and light work very well, from my own experience I am aware of the challenges of making a panoramic scene. My eye was immediately drawn to the four smaller renders over the subway - this is such a good idea, I wonder if there is anywhere in the world were this has been done? To keep things up to day, instead of photo's, cameras could be used to and flat screen LED displays.

Thank you. Interesting idea. Unfortunately, the four pictures are mirrored, something I've noticed only much later. I redid this scene as a cubical panorama http://www.horo.ch/raytracing/gal/cube/cpan0519_en.html which uses less extreme camera FoV.

I'm blown away! I think I like every choice you've made here. I am curious how you lit such a scene. However did you arrive at such an idea for a scenario? Searching for the slightest critique i would say it looks as if one of the girls standing next to the tree has white hair, looks almost as if a texture is missing. Not sure if that is indeed the case or not. Very nice work.

Thank you Rashad. Yes, Aiko near the tree has white hair and white shoes. I copy/pasted her from another position and some material properties got lost in the process. That's a quirk in Bryce I've noticed at odd moments. The one up on the stairs I got from the Object library and she's right. I could have replaced the white haired one, but I liked the variation so I left her.

Nice work Horo, I have had a lot of problems with Bryce crashing too on complex renders, but i have started to merge my works and then render to Disk. then it does not matter if it crashes.
