Looks very nice. Great sky and good transparency on the foliage at right. Foreground looks good as well, water too. Exceptional picture considering it is your first in Terragen.

Amazing, you have mastered this program already a the first stroke, now put it away and come back to Bryce!

Seriously, this is an excellent image, well conceived beautifully rendered. How long did it take? Make us green with envy.

Thank you both for your comments!

Well, i don't think i could leave bryce you know.. It's just time for me to learn a new software, and terragen is another way to find my way.

It's a fact that bryce is better when it's time to render some interior scene.

David, it took me only 8 hours to build this scene and only 6 to render it. There is about 700000 grass ?l?ments surrounding the little lake, the stones are made with a procedural shader, wich don't cost a thing. But it cost so much in memory usage while tg2 render the whole scene picture!! 8gb are not enought and last wednesday i've to buy 4 more gb for my system.

Wow. Pretty much nothing to say other than great job once again! Full marks.

To see you accomplish this with the program in such little time makes me encouraged. It means that there is a way to do this stuff and keep it simple, we just need to find that in Bryce.

If I was to peel the corneas in search of a quibble, i would ask about the way Terragen handles indirect lighting. How is it similar and different than Bryce?
