Description: Bryce 7.1 pro

Another DTE and combined TE > DTE image.

A terrain lit with internally generated hdr and Bryce sun.

Render time about 12 minutes.

Although this scene only uses one material, a lot of time went into it.

The material really does fit the terrain. A car or two on the road ...

Absolutely chic global landscape! A very high-resolution texture of the road. The higher estimation!
If you add more plants, Bryce did not survive.

Thank you gentlemen!

The road is procedurally generated with DTE. Saves the need for high-resolution texture. The same DTE procedural is used to put the road into the terrain. Efficient system.

The road was created using a procedural texture?
I simply required to reveal the secret of production! :))
For this, I put another excellent rating!

I will endeavour to make a tutorial to explain the "trick". It is a little fiddly, but once you know what is involved it is simple enough to do. This only took about 31 hours in front of the computer to work out how to do this from square one.

Thank you indeed for your kind remarks, Gabriel!

If you wish to chivvy DAZ along it would not hurt to put comments on this thread http://forum.daz3d.com/viewtopic.php?t=145803 to remind them that there is some interest in the video tutorials.

To get to grips with this technique please consider the tutorials linked to here under the full description, if you have not already done so.

There is no requirement to buy my products to take advantage of the tutorials. Those are provided for the benefit of Brycers who wish to look a little deeper or failing that, offer support for my efforts to unravel the inner workings of the DTE - which really is a bottomless pit of possibilities!

All future tutorials relating to the DTE will expect an understanding of the basics outlined in the five hours or so of viewing already provided. Enjoy... if that is the right word?

Bryce Demi-god Horo has also provided some top notch documentation to go along with these - I'll see if I he can dig out a link for that.
