You experimented with a volume cloud here. The result looks quite good. The green has a bit much of blue in it for my taste.

In fact, I uploaded the second version of this image. But the moderator is not missed. Here is a description of the second version.
Created in Bryce 6.1, Render in Bryce 7 Pro.
Render Normal AA, Bryce HDRI (Default Mode). Render time is 2:18:45:00 (64 hour, 45 min)
The scene contains: 119 Bryce Trees, 1 Terrains,1 Slab, 1 Plane.
In normal mode, this scene is rendered with a half-hour. With the use of HDRI, the quality of course better, but at what cost?
Of this work I was inspired by examples of Horo, David Brinnen, c-ram.

Ah - volumetrics and HDRI, a render horror. Bryce 7.1 lets you exclude objects (the volume clouds in this case) which speeds up the render enormously.

Interesting picture. It is like pastoral painting - I like it:) And yes - volumetric and HDRI is very slow combination to render.
