Downtown Oasis
Description: As any of my other renderings, this is not what I had pictured in my mind when I started. It was supposed to be just a basic, simple street view with a couple of cars, trees, and plants.
For some reason, I had to use "Super AA/16 rays per pixel". I tried using Regular AA like I normally do, but this time the yellow car in front came out pretty jagged so I switched to the "Super AA".
Using the "Super AA" setting really added time for this to render. It took 19:28:02 to render.

Wow, you and your insanely complicated images. The building with the leaf shaped windows is perfect for this picture. For some reason I really like the mail box (probably because I can never find one when I need one).

The road and sidewalk look a little blurry but apart from that it looks really good.

Thank you. Yes, "insanely complicated" is a good word for me also, lol.

Very nice render with a lot of detail. Good composition and light, too. Now what could be improved: the cars could do with a bit more reflection, assuming they're clean. The foreground looks blurry as connor already mentioned. This could be covered a bit by using DOF. Finally, the shadows from the trees on the buildings look very nice but not blievable. They shouldn't be so pronounced and could do with soft shadows.

This is meant as tips for another project. This picture is very nice and shows again how well you handle scenes with many objects and the lighting is very fitting for the time of day.

Hi Horo, I agree with all your tips as they are always good ones without being so technical that only a professional would understand. I see a few more things that need improvement. I have Bryce6.3 and do not like it so far, it's got a lot of bugs to work out.

Love the architecture here! Must be a wealthy neighborhood, some very fancy cars parked around.

This is kind of an attempt to a real life situation. The city is slowly modernizing as you can see with the newer buildings and the old building in the second from the left and the far building on the right.
