Not an easy subject to tackle. Your render has come out well and, to my taste, since I find those colours particulary pleasing. If you want something to further experiment with as far as light rays go, look at Frozyencrys streaming light effect. http://www.bryce5.com/details.php?image_id=1144

Yup, the rays look too solid. I like the subject matter and the colours. The water looks a bit like quicksilver. Perhaps increase transparency. And yes, it appears that the AA part of the render was left out.
