Yes, desolation. This picture conveys it. The stone in the front left could be burried a bit in the sand. It is difficult to believe it has stood so for many years without falling to one side.

Overall a successful gloomy composition. Is that tree in front made from a terrain? If it is, then I'd say it's very original way of putting things together for trees. Nice. Is it me, or the terrains in the far back are floating?

Hi, the tree does have terrain texture yes, I thought it sort of represented bark quite well. I see what you mean about the back terrain, I don't think it is floating but it does look like it is....I wonder if thats because the ground if perfectly flat?
