Hulk SMASH AND BASH
Description: My first attempt to put multiple figures in one scene. This was for the release of the freak generation 4.

Rendered in multiple passes, one time rendering for each figure. Lit with a blue sky dome color, the sun and the outdoor HDR.

The environment is from the DAZ tutorial "The block", figures all from DAZ.

Overall this is really good. The positions and actions of the people look great. However it seems like there are some problems with proportions. The man with the gun in the bottom right, seems to be bigger than the hulk, and the cat should be a little smaller on the overhang. I think you might have 1 too many lights, looks like the are being lit from above and from behind the camera giving them two shadows. Besides that it looks good.

Well, I don't think you went for a photo real thing here. If you did, you have a couple of severe size issues, as connor already mentioned.

But I look at it as a surreal scene and I like it a lot. The huge gun-man at right and the tiny girl on the street. If such a chap is comming up at a girl, she must feel really small and he huge.

The cat and the girl in the streett and the one at left are about the same size, which may point to how children see cats: important. The gentleman at far left and the limousine fit in size, but the limousine is too large for the street.

The camera angle high above the scene suggests that this is not meant as a photo real scene but rather as an allegory.

Well, I defenety was not trying to get realism here. More a bit of comic book style, but without the line art . That's also why I chose this camera angle.

The idea about the big cats was, if there is stuff in a city that can transform humans in green angry guyes, wouldn't the cat's be a bit bigger?
About the humans, there all as big as they came out of D|S, although the limo is in fact a bit scaled down to fit in the street.

Very cool, has a comic book meets film feeling. Very cool! I like your sense of humour.

Well, to be honest with you Boekenwuurm, this render looks like a screen-shot from a next-gen game for PS3 or XboX 360. And I believe it would look wonderful if the characters alone everywhere were cel-shaded (with the Bryce techinique for that) and the environment stays the same. I love the render as it is though.
