This is a very nice image. I love the reflection of the butterfly on the ground that is overlapping the bug. NIce models as well.

Nice image indeed, though a bit incomplete. Your effort and attention can be clearly seen where they went. I suppose the modeling is yours once again, right? The ladybugs are very cute along with the mushrooms shape and the butterflies - all seems very toon-style (intended or not) which I do like very much. What needs work here is a small "push" on the technical side - aesthetically even, more glassy appearance of the mushrooms would level-up your image. Here you should choose or tweak a material with higher then 200 value for refraction, also check in the Render options for TIR to be active. Next, the grass. I believe you have it from the Bryce library. As you probably know its main problem is angularity. There was this website "3dplant.com" that offered some nice free models of grass and plants. Sadly they closed that section. Good news is that I'll mail you some grass and other goodies for your upcoming works ;)

Finally, red & black was always a powerful color combination in my book. And if you want to keep that black background without having a "vacuum" there, you'll have to re-think the concept of the mushrooms - how are they lit from above and where are they positioned in the render-frame. My suggestion is to move the camera and the light above so the lit area encompasses (surrounds) within its "circle" only your objects and it's not shifted to one side catching more ground, as it is now. One last thing - when I have objects so near the camera, I sometimes resort to use of Dof, but that's just me and could be in contradictoin to what you are showing us. You're the artist, yours is the decision. :) Once again - these are all friendly suggestions. Keep up the nice work!

This is a very nice picture. I like colour and contrast. Very nice reflections on the ground. You could also try soft shadows. There is a lot of black. Perhaps a square aspect ratio would be better.

But my remarks are not to say you made everything wrong. It is very nice as it is. It could just still be improved.
