Breakfast room 1
Description: If I buy my first home, I want it to have a room like this! I eat there every day my breakfast.

Room made by me, models all from daz, some from the free vault, some where ast store freebies, and lisa's botanicals sunflowers. I have the tv of a cd with a magazine. Rendered with a cluster of radials.

Wow. Very impressive work. nice feeling of warmth coming from that bright sunlight. the cluster of radials does an awesome job, far better than ambient glowing materials would have ever done.

the only drawback with radials is the banding, but hey, better the banding than having objects glowing from within due to ambient.

The flower seems rather large, such a sunflower could provide shelter to a tribe of natives in a storm, just kidding. The flower vase is very interesting!

The only critique, is the hardness of the shadows from the sunlight. But this is minor.

Very nicely done room. That's he morning sun shining through the window, I take it. Superbly lit and nice shadows. Like Rashad, I think it could be improved upon when rendered with soft shadows. The sunflower looks good in size to me.

Thanks for the nice coments!

The banding is in fact a resuld of my cheating with the light cluster. In every wall is a orange radial that has soft hadows enabled, but the cluster consist of a 3x3x3 matrix, so it has 9 cluster radials. They didn't had any soft shadows enabled, so that is the orgine of tha banding. Now I have a new laptop, with a better processor, I will try to render all my indoor scenes with soft shadows.

The sunflowers are inspired at a bouquet of sunflowers I've gotten this summer. It was really that big, if it wasn't bigger! We couldn't find a vase for it.:P But it was so nice in my living room, and the light was falling just like here (but in a totally differed chamber) That I wanted to make a render of it the moment I saw it. This is the result.

What a lovely sunny room!! I see you have the fan ready in case it gets too hot - could do with one on here at the moment (if not the airconditioning!).

Personally I don't find the sunflower too big at all, you can get huge sunflowers as well as the usual smaller ones that you generally see in the shops.
