Here She Comes
Description: The architecture is Streets Of Asia from DAZ3D. So are Aiko 3, Victoria 3 and 4 as well as Michael 4. The water plane was replaced by a terrain. The scene is lit exclusively by my LekRoof HDRI, which was turned upside down to create more coloured diffuse light. A cloudy Bryce sky accounts for te rather diffuse shadows (67%). Rendered with soft sahdows at 16 rpp, 64 lights and rather high intensity and effect (50, 75) because the HDRI sky and the sun are below the scene.

Wowzers! 50+!

Flawless. Nothing to say other than bravo, amazing work. I knew instantly the moment I saw it over at Daz that it was one of yours.

Amazing!

Horo, it is just beautiful. Your composition is excellent. The only little flaw is the water - it looks a bit unnatural, but it doesn't make your whole scene worse. You have my 5.

Thank you all. Models and textures are all DAZ. I only pset the camera, placed the people and did the lighting.

Thank you Rashad. If you think the lighting is good, it most probably is.

Oh God, that's awesome!! Wish I'd seen it in Daz before the voting closed!!

Now, I'd love to know how the heck you turn an HDRI upside down and how you used a terrain instead of a water plane - and the reason for that as well.

Hey, is that render an "image-answer" to Rashad's "Accept it! She's not coming!" ? If not, it sure could be! Really nice!

As I use to say - I wish all these textured models were yours and not DAZ's. Though you're the artist that decides what's best for his works.

What can I say... the houses with their coresponding textures are flawless. So are the poses of the characters everywhere, I don't feel them poses "wooden" as our fellow artist David Brinnen used to say, while he was still loggin-in here. The size of the human figures are reasonable, camera angle seems improved over your last renders even though the scenarios are slightly different.

As pointed out, the water is the only issue here - there's refraction, but no reflection. Aside from that... excellent, simply astounding. I want to be here to see all this made by your hand only, Horo...

I knew you would say something like this, richter. I know you're right. Even though I'm a bad modeller, I have something in the works. I just don't know yet what to do with it. This series of renders with ready made models were important for me to get more experience with IBL.
