Very cool. I haven't started the modeling classes yet at my school. Next year hopefully. Where are you going? if you don't mind me asking.

Nice start, FoxBoy. I'm glad you haven't abandoned the 3D yet. Keep working, 3DSMax is an amazing piece of software. Once you get the hang of the important tools, only sky's the limit for your works :) .

I'm going to Lone Star College. I haven't abandoned 3D yet, just a little frustrated by my lack of modeling knowledge. Working with 3ds max and Bryce has been really great. I made this plane from a tutorial a week after getting the program. Very user friendly. Already improved on the model and will upload it later on.

That plane - could be a Venom or a Vampire, English planes. Google for "de havilland venom" to see what I mean.We had them in our airforce a long time ago.

Looks rpromising. I wonder if the model may be overly smoothed. Not in true polys, but in render tesselation. Was this rendered in Bryce or max? I assume Bryce, so I think maybe smoothing less then 90 would be wise. You can test it to see which setting is most ideal.
