Why stop making abstracts?
I have a feeling you have the skills to create beautiful ones.
Just keep on trying!

This one is not bad at all
I can see all kind of different shapes in it.
Keep them coming.

I would love to continue making abstracts, but I have run out of ideas for them.

That's strange, Anurin. When I do abstracts, I try something and when I see something special in it, I capitalize on it. I don't need an idea for an abstract, the abstract gives me the ideas.

Here's a tip, Anurin - look for free "extravagant" shaped models around the net, then once you import them in bryce, stretch/resize/rescale them, rotate them and position them as they intersect with one another. Then play with the materials provided in BrycePrize vol.1, especially those that are Cel-Shading materials. Finally place everything you crated in front of such an abstract you have here. And voila!

Now for your current image - since abstracts rely more on the random shape affection and the correct color nuances that have to work good together you need have in mind some simple "rules". Although "Abstract", that kind of imagery also need to intrigue the viewer, that is why most often you should have a focus of some sort, something to draw the attention. This is what I meant above for importing models. Also you may want to have a look at [this Complementary Color Theory]. Some colors do not work well with others driving your composition in the wrong direction. For example the Red color makes a very "offensive" but attractive combination with the Black. For a desired "raw" impression you might want to use White and Black instead of red. In your composition every separate red, green or blue work nicely with black, although they don't fit with one another. Obviously there's a lot more that you can read about Color Theory and I'll leave it to you if you're interested.
