Argus Exiting Hyperspace
Description: First off this is my first picture I have ever uploaded to this site not as a high school student. Kinda fun but back on topic...
This picture is like an older picture I uploaded, this time with the Argus instead of the Titan. Took 3h45m to render. This picture is 100% Bryce. Comments, suggestions, questions welcome. Thanks.

Very good cloud, looks like David's Multicoloured plasma. Fits very well here. Ahm - what are you now?

Thanks. It is Davids plasma texture. And if you are referring to school I will be a freshman at college next September, Academy of Art in SF.

You can add one of David's lightrings around the ship on the inner side of the plasma. This way the details in the dark end of the spacecraft will popup more. That is only a suggestion. As a critical point I'll say that the texturing could be better. I thought you started UV-ing your models already ;)

Not Bryce, I meant in Maya, remember the UV helper I sent you awhile ago plus the small clip? I thought it'll help you start.

This is very good. It has the feeling of movement. I do not know how you did the perspective warping, but I like it.

Planet Earth in the background could use a tad more attention, the clouds could be a little more complex and could / should cover much more surface area. This should be possible without adding any extra render time.

This plasma is amazing.Ii do observe some regularity however, odd for a volumetric. Still, I think this is one of my favorite Bryce special effects. David is amazing!

I have gotten so spoiled by your Maya ships, I too wonder if you might be able to push the envelope further with the mapping tools in Bryce. Excellent detail on this ship generally, it does not scream Bryce to me in any way!

Congrats on the beginning of your adulthood and the start of the rest of your life. May art continue to bring you joy!

Thanks and I agree, Earth needs some more clouds. Texturing could be better on the ship as well.
