Ka'len
Description: Here's an interesting one. There are some nice crystaline elements especially around the outer edge. It too 3.5 hours to render and I can here my systems huffing and puffing and sighing in relief. ;-)

All comments are welcome and appreciated.

You know this is a problem for me. Now I have to decide what to put as my background image. I really like the orange crystals in this picture. Looks like something out of a sci fi show (the important alien thing). One of my favorites again.

Thank you once again, Connor!!! You're indecision is quite flattering. :-)

Now that you mention it this would look awesome as the top of a ZPM (Zero Point Module) from Stargate Atlantis.....or it could be another ornamental doorknob. ;-) LOL

By the way, you can get larger copies from my web site. I don't have a file size limit so I usually post 1024x1024 there. Check the Help link in the Gallery for download instructions. It's on the right side of the status bar just under the thumbnails.

No, no doorknob. A crystal saucer for a wine glass perhaps. Or a crystal wheel with 16 spokes and a fat tire. Very detailed and clean render, nice colours.

It appears that you have changed your style some with these last couple of abstracts. This is another hit for me as you have make this color come to life.

Thanks Guys!!

I have to keep trying new things or I'll start getting bored. LOL I'm on an adventure of discovery and I'm always unearthing new treasures. ;-)

I'm working on a new one right now that I'm calling 'Loopy'. When you see it the name will make complete sense. ;-)

It kind of looks like candy. So I tried to eat it and my monitor sent me an electric shock. Looks good!

Image a stick coming out of the bottom. ;-)

If I saw a lollypop like this I wouldn't want to eat it. I'd put it in a frame and hang it on a wall or prop it on an end table. ;-)

I have to take a break from creating this weekend so I can render a 4000x4000 of this one and a couple of others. I haven't sold anything yet on other web sites but perhaps I'll get lucky with one of my latest works.

Not a candy... Do you see all those" X"-es towards the outer end? To me it is more like a giant ancient clock made entirely of ruby. Spektyr, if this creation of yours could've been materialized in reality and sold by you, you won't be needin' to sell anything at all 'till the rest of your life :)
