indirect5.3 remix
Description: Using the existing ambient and reflection images, I remixed the levels via the filter and re-rendered. Render time for final image 3 minutes 50 seconds. I've gone for less colour bleed and higher contrast levels.

Contrast is much deeper. Colors are much less obvious. I think the scene is very accomplished generally. I like the generosity of light in the first version and this new version with deeper shadows works just as well. It is hard to choose between the two. I would think Horo might say that the two scenes could both be explained as different exposure times, as to me they both look fairly legitimate and believable. Very nice work in both of these renders, but I think this second one has a slight edge.

Yes, very nice. I'm generally for high contrast because it gives more drama to a picture. More white light and less shadows on the walls of the ministry. There is more light here, the sky is brighter. Yes, this one has an edge - mostly because of the brighter walls (not counting the red tint in the previous one, just the light intensity).
