The Idyll
Description: It's been a while guys, I know; lot of things keep on poppin' up at odd moments. Got the Glorietta, baloon and flowers from DAZ, tree leaves come from IvyGenerator and the figure at left was made in Knots3D. Rendered scene and put it on a 2D-face. It's seen thru a few lenses now.

This is a very interesting scene. Great idea, one has study this for sometime to figure out how you did it. I have never heard of Knots3D and will check it out just to see what it is.

Nice work.

Interesting mixture of 3d and 2d but the overall effect on the sceen is to render it somewhat flat. I like it, however, it does feel more like the page of a story book than real world - particularly with the highly saturated colours, the very green grass and brightly glowing flowers.

Nice changing of the seasons, snow and flowers. The blue sky is really good and works wonders for this piece. The stone texture is very good, very plausible. Nice work as always.

A bit highly saturated colours but I think this is ok for an idyll where the nice things are all a bit exaggerated to be even nicer. I see this as an illustration in a fantasy book for children. Perhaps the view of some kind of a friendly sorcerer looking out his special window that can be adjusted to magnify on certain parts. The picture frame is very exquisite and I think it fits very nicely.
