I'm not very enthusiastic about the camera angle, however, the ceiling is shown here in all its beauty. And the landscape under the water surface is very plausible. Particularly in caves filled partly by a lake, the water is usually very calm and transparent. Knowingly or unknowingly, you've found a very appropriate water material.
