Nice scene. The asteroid field seems fine. I feel the image is somehow nicely composed. The haze is surprisingly well used in this example. Nice work!

Excellent ship designs! I just have a few suggestions. The ambience of the haze makes the planet stand out too much. Another thing is that the large ship looks oddly flat compaired with the small ship, which stands out too sharply like the planet. It's like the large ship is lost in the haze while the small ship isn't. One simple suggestion, get rid of the haze completely. It really doesn't fit the image IMHO.

I'm rather with Rashad than Spektyr about the haze. Interesting idea. However spektyr has a point about the following ship appearing a bit fuzzy compared wth the smaller one at right. If you use such a wide camera angle, spheres get rather distorted towards the edges of the picture. You could "pre-distort" the sphere ore move it more to the centre to keep its apearance round. The asteroid or planetoid field is quite good. It's not easy to get a good randomnes. The larger chunks are a bit too angular, typical Bryce rocks (they are not as good as they should be, not your fault). Both ship models are excellent.
