I don't know. These "monochromies" make me always perceive some gleaming machine. It's fascinating, though. I like this one very much, smooth and straight objects. An excellent "quickie"!

Think on, remember with a monochrome, you always have the option of turning it into a height map... then feeding that back into the system. Conceptual recursion and mirrors - what more could you want?

Very nice image, looks like a metal snowflake. Almost art deco. Very stylish!

Thanks Guys! Maybe I'll order a print of this one some time. My print of 'Cerulean Cross 1' should be getting here sometime today. I ordered a 20x20 inch print in a black wood frame with a 24 inch medium blue mat from ArtToFrames.com in Brooklyn, NY - practically my back yard. They shipped it in less than 24 hours! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!! Right up on the wall it goes! :-)

I got the print and there're two problems. The first is that it came out dark, a common problem with photo prints, but I can live with that. The second problem is that UPS dropped the box on something sharp and damaged the frame, a growing problem with their quality of service. The frame itself isn't that expensive but the full price I paid for the job is too much to just let it go and buy a new frame.

I think the next time I try for a print I'll see if I can get it as a poster and not a photo print.
