After the fertilisation
Description: After the fertilisation-scene with its soft bubbling sounding enviroment whe are now further in the proces.
A less friendly, much noisier place.
Sounds of bending metal, squeaky, unpleasant.
But most disturbing is the screaming of the human brain-donors.
Of course they must be conscious when they transplant their brains.

Sorry, stupid story.
All bryce5, no post.
Happy 2008 to all of you!

Image updated 4 1 2008

To get rid of the noise mentioned in some of the comments, i rendered it at 36 rays/pixel.
Thanks Richter, and thanks David for the update!

Happy 2008 to you, too! Uneasy start. I get the feeling of a metallic insect-like being - not friendly to us. Outstanding job. Very nice colours and interesting forms. All worth a fiver (even though it gives me the creeps).

I see a face in a mask in the middle. Which is a bit creepy. Interesting evolution from the last image, but I would have prefered it to be less noisy. I believe that it was the lack of noise in your previous image that gave it such a professional feel.

David might be right... The "problem" could be easily solved with rendering your img at least 36 or 64 rays/pixel. Btw, nice story, and I think the pic will suit it even better if the colors used were only black, red, white (and the nuances of grey). Overall - nice and detailed, I like it.

I really like the detail. The feeling of complexity keeps me looking for more and I keep finding more, because it is indeed there. Very good! 5/5

I now rendered it at 36 rays/pixel and thats already
much better.
Thanks Richter!
But it's of course also much slower.
I like to update the pic, like David did with his "metalwork", instead of a total new post.
How do i do that?

Thanks

I think maybe that facility might not be available to you directly, Adrian, but if you mail the image to me I think I will be able to go in and fix it on your behalf.

WOW! Very complex. I take it that there are a lot of reflections here.

I agree from experience that fine line details need high RPP settings. It does take longer but image quality demands it. Good job here!
