Rainbow Dimensions Version 5b
Description: Same setup with different camera and light positions. It doesn't have much depth to it but the pattern came out quite pleasing.

Incredible. I think I'm taken in by the combination of curves and sharp edges, they blend nicely together. The color ranges are excellent along with the haziness that you seem to be controlling very well. I know it's not really haze but perhaps the frost on the mirrior mat, either way it adds a nice "polish" to the look!

awesome pattern, hard to believe that it took just a few small changes to make something like that.

Thanks to all!

Tina-
The vote is in and you've won by a landslide! You are now officially President of the I Love Spektyr's Art Club! ;-)

I know it looks like haze or frost but this was done completely with specularity and reflection. I lightened the specular halo to allow for a more gradual fade and that's what is producing the haze effect. It works quite nicely, doesn't it? ;-)

This one uses 3 intersecting mirrored toruses aligned on the X, Y and Z planes centered within a mirrored sphere. Varying the camera and light positions results in an astonishing variety of patterns. :-)
