I used SkIndigo exporter (plugin for sketch up), Sketch up materials (which by the way I messed). The only light is from the sun and the sky through the window and the door behind the camera. This here is a very poor exampe of what Indigo can, render time was 12 hours, but it looks almost the same as it did a 7 hours, because I used a bad render method so I be improving this in the future.
Oh and by the way here is a nice program that can make plants:

and another test render which has better materials, but some of them transparent, and render time was about 7 hours:
